Privacy Policy
This policy explains how the SEEKER.IO publisher, operating under the SEEKER.IO name, handles information in the Android game and its official information websites. For privacy requests, contact vippersolanass@gmail.com. It describes app release 1.9.1 and the websites published with this policy.
Core gameplay works offline. Your game progress and lightning balance stay on your device. Optional wallet payments interact with external services and the public Solana blockchain.

1. Information processed
Local game data
The app stores language, control and graphics preferences, selected skin and trail, best captured-area score, round count and total kills. It also stores purchase entitlements, the lightning balance and records used to prevent the same payment being credited twice or the same continuation being charged twice. These records are stored in the app's local storage. The app does not upload gameplay scores or lightning balances to a publisher-operated game server or synchronize them with blockchain state.
Optional wallet connection
If you connect an external wallet, the app receives the public account address and a wallet authorization token through Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter. The token supports the wallet connection and is stored in the app's local storage. A public address may be associated with a local profile. A wallet address can be personal data when it can be linked to a person.
The app never requests your seed phrase, private key or wallet password. Signing is performed by your wallet. We do not take custody of your wallet funds or credentials.
Payments and payment verification
For a purchase, the app processes the payer and recipient public addresses, selected item, amount, purchase reference, transaction signature and payment status. Pending-payment information and receipt details are stored locally to support verification and avoid duplicate crediting.
The app contacts Solana RPC services to obtain network information and check payments. In the documented release, endpoints include solana-rpc.publicnode.com and api.mainnet-beta.solana.com. These providers receive network request information, including the requesting IP address and the account addresses, signatures or other parameters needed for a query. Your wallet and its chosen network providers also process the transaction according to their own practices.
A submitted Solana transaction creates a public record containing addresses, amount, transaction signature and purchase-reference memo. The memo identifies the purchase type and an identifier; the app does not put your name, email address or gameplay history in it. Other parties may inspect and combine public blockchain records. The publisher can see transactions received by its payment address.
Support correspondence
If you email support, we receive your email address, message, attachments and information you choose to provide, such as a device model, app version, public wallet address or transaction signature. This is processed through the support mailbox and its email provider, Gmail. Please share only what is needed to resolve the issue and remove unrelated private information from screenshots.
Website visits
These websites consist of static text pages and locally hosted assets. We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, contact forms or tracking cookies. The pages themselves do not write cookies or browser storage. Hosting and delivery infrastructure, including Cloudflare, may process IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, timestamps and security-related logs to deliver and protect the sites, and may use necessary security technologies under their own policies.
Data the app does not intentionally collect
The documented release does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, and Unity analytics and cloud diagnostics are disabled. It does not request access to contacts, precise location, microphone, camera or photo library for gameplay. It does not create an online game account, sell personal information, use personal data for targeted advertising or automatically upload gameplay records. Android, your wallet and the app store may separately collect diagnostic or usage information under their own policies.

These legal grounds apply where relevant, including under the GDPR if it applies to the processing. If a feature requires separate consent under applicable law, that consent must be obtained before the relevant processing; these Terms or this policy are not a substitute for it. Choosing to connect a wallet authorizes that connection but is not general consent to unrelated processing.
We do not use your information to make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. Automated payment checks validate whether the requested purchase was completed; you can contact support to contest an incorrect result.
3. Recipients and international processing
Information is disclosed only as needed for the described operations:
- Your chosen wallet processes connection and signing requests.
- RPC providers and Solana network participants process relevant network requests and public transactions.
- The website host and delivery infrastructure process requests to serve and secure the websites.
- The email provider processes support correspondence.
- Professional advisers, competent authorities or other recipients may receive relevant information where legally required or necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
We do not share your local gameplay history with advertisers and do not rent or sell personal information. External services may act as independent controllers for their own processing. Their policies govern that separate activity.
Internet infrastructure and blockchain participants can be located outside your country, including in countries with different data-protection standards. Where we are responsible for a regulated international transfer, we must use a lawful transfer mechanism, such as an applicable adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards. Contact us for information about safeguards relevant to your data. We do not represent that all public blockchain participants are located in one country or are our contracted processors.
4. Storage and retention
On your device: local settings, game records, receipts, entitlements and lightning accounting remain until the app clears or replaces them, or app data is removed. Uninstalling, clearing storage or device loss may remove them. The app provides no cloud backup or cross-device restoration for lightning inventory. The operating system may apply its own backup behavior; this is not an app-provided recovery service.
Wallet connection: a successful disconnection clears the stored wallet authorization in the app. Disconnecting does not necessarily erase a previously linked local profile address, purchase receipts or public transactions. Clear app data if you want to remove all local records, understanding that this can also remove paid entitlements and lightning balances. Wallet permissions can also be managed in your wallet.
Support and business records: correspondence is retained only as long as needed to resolve the request, address related disputes and meet applicable record-keeping duties. Relevant payment records may need to remain for legally required accounting or limitation periods. We assess those periods by the type of record and the applicable obligation; unrelated data should not be retained indefinitely. You may request deletion or information about the retention of a particular record.
Infrastructure records: wallet, RPC, hosting and email providers apply their own retention rules to data they process independently. We do not promise deletion of data outside our control.
Blockchain records: confirmed transactions are public and designed to remain persistent. We cannot remove or alter records on the Solana blockchain. This limitation does not remove your rights concerning personal data in records that we can control.
5. Your choices and rights
You can play core gameplay offline without connecting a wallet or making a purchase. You can decline a wallet request, disconnect the wallet and stop using optional online features. To delete local data, use Android's app-storage controls or uninstall the app. This also affects progress and purchases as explained above.
Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent for processing that actually relies on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Rights are subject to applicable conditions and legal retention duties.
Email vippersolanass@gmail.com with the subject “Privacy request” and explain what you need. We may ask for proportionate evidence to establish that a request relates to you, but will never ask for a private key, seed phrase or wallet password. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We cannot retrieve device-only records from a remote game account because there is no such account.
You may complain to the competent data-protection authority, including the authority in your habitual residence, workplace or the location of an alleged infringement where applicable. Exercising a legal privacy right does not require a purchase.
6. Security and children
The app uses Android application storage and HTTPS for the described RPC requests. Wallet signing is handled by the external wallet. Device storage is not a guarantee against a compromised, rooted, lost or shared device; no storage or network method is completely secure. Keep your device and wallet protected and avoid sending sensitive credentials to anyone claiming to be support.
The app does not intentionally seek personal information from children below the age at which applicable law allows the relevant processing without parental authorization. Children should use the game under appropriate parental supervision and applicable store age restrictions. Purchases must be made by an authorized adult. If you believe a child has sent us personal information improperly, contact support so we can review and delete information within our control where required.
7. Changes and contact
We may update this policy to reflect actual changes in the app, providers or legal requirements. The effective date will be updated. Material changes will receive additional notice where required; a policy update alone does not authorize a new purpose that requires consent.
